Flora & Fauna

A tremendous variety of fruit and nut trees and shrubs, uncommon edible and medicinal plants, nitrogen fixing tree species, outrageous and exotic flowering trees, and a growing but relatively small group of native and endemic Hawaiian plants are in the collection.We also have a particular fondness for domestic fowl, including Sumatra chickens, in addition to our island variety, Muscovy ducks, Guinea fowl, Pilgrim Geese. We also have St Croix sheep a hair sheep that is particularly well suited to our climate and is our version of a biological mower.
